As a former cosmetologist, I saw plenty of "interesting" hair colors from people who tried to go blonde at home. Trust me when I say that it is much better to go to a professional to get it done. It is much easier (and cheaper) than having to go see one to try to repair the disaster you might create on your own!

I usually pre-log, and then make changes during the day if necessary. Pre-logging gives me a good idea of where I want to be for the day. Plus, it eliminates the chance of me making rushed food choices which usually turn out really bad for me!

I love your commitment!! Driving to Duluth to work out can be a challenge during the winter (normal winters, anyways)! But then, finding classes and instructors you like can be a great incentive. I had a trainer who I adored, but he quit training :( I have found a good replacement, though, so I can't complain!
