Aww bless. Yeah my bf is 6ft 2 and weighs about 12stone and I'm 5ft 8 and I weigh 14st 3lbs. But he loves that I'm bigger than him, he's the type who likes having a more stronger and dominant female. Sometimes I feel more masculine but since losing weight I feel better.

It really depends on the person and their body type. Some people lose it on the bottom first, some times it's the opposite. I make sure that I work out 30 min after I eat and then after my work out I eat straight away. I make sure I eat lots of protein too.

No, a lot of the time I net between 1200 - 1400. But now I feel like eating my excersise calories. I'm always hungry these days :P

Thanks so much for getting back. I'm currently eating at 1700 calories, I'm 205lbs and I want to get to 154lbs, I don't think I'm that close to be honest that's why I'm a little concerned. Should I up them anyway?

I either braid it in two or put it in a basic bun and cover my head in a scarf. My hair gets all greasy if I leave it uncovered in my sleep.

Meal replacements will help you lose weight in the short term but you will gain the weight as soon as you finish it.

You've kinda answered you're own question. No you can't target but eventually fat from all over your body will shrink. If you're prone to gaining weight on your top then that will be the last to go. But I do suggest you eat your excersise calories back because if you're eating 1200 calories and you burn 500 calories then…

For me it was over 3000 calories too but I find that, that is way too high for me so I eat at my BMR and don't eat my excersise calories back. That's what I'm starting with and I'm gonna see how that goes. Try finding out what your BMR is and eat those calories.
