I have to consume 1700 calories to lose weight. If I ate 1700 calories worth of bread, I'd still lose weight.

Mix in some powder that's chocolate flavour. Boil some water put porridge in. When it's cooked add the powder Add walnuts if u like or have some sliced banana. It's so buff!!! ❤️

It should depends most on how you feel and how you think you look. Take account of body shape and frame. I initially wanted to be 10st. But I would be far too thin for my liking (I'm 5ft 8inch) so I'm opting for 11st instead :)

TDEE is the amount of calories you need to consume to maintain your weight. It takes account of your height, weight and the energy you use throughout the day.

I'm 5ft 8inch and I weigh 207lbs. My TDEE is 3030. At the moment I am eating 1700, I will increase it as I go along :) I was eating between 1200 and 1500 calories but I jus wouldn't lose weight. As soon as I increased my intake the weight started ti come off again.

I use Shakeology for breakfast, lately I can't stomache food in the morning. It has helped me so much with my hair and nails. They grow much stronger and faster. And it helps with my cravings :)

Well I'm 5th 8inches and weigh 212lbs. For me that seems like a lot of calories because I'm so used to much smaller numbers. When it goes into the 2000's, I get taken a back a bit lol.

My little sister has been doing hip hop abs for 2 weeks now and she lost 2 inches of her waist. I tried the excersises myself but after doing Insanity this was no challenge for me. Today I had to do 3 different hip hop abs workouts to feel some form of lethargy. The hips bum and thigh workout however friggen hurts! XD
