I have had the kindle for about a year and I love it. It is so user friendly and their customer service is the best. Lots of free and low cost books to choose from on their website. I would definately recommend it over the nook. No backlight to strain your eyes. If you get one, you will not be sorry. Tracy

I buy the shirataki noodles made from tofu. They have them at my local Giant Eagle grocery store. They have 40 cals in the whole bag. They do have a strange texture but I heat up some ground turkey and throw some spaghetti sauce in and fry up the noodles in a separate pan, but yes rinse them very well in cold water first.…

When I first stared MFP, I weighed 136 and I was eating 1200 cals a day. I now weigh 122 and am still eating 1200 cals a day. I have been losing without any problems. I am just going to keep doing what I have been doing because it is still working for me. Tracy

I think you look great but I do understand how you feel. I am 5'5" and weigh 122 with a goal of 115. Will I be happy with that, I don't know. I still have plenty of fat around my mid section from having my 3 kids. I am losing most of the weight around my legs and chest area. I am hoping the waist is next. Tracy

At first I thought it was a pain, but now I think of it sort of like a puzzle. You have to put all the right pieces together to meet your goal for the day. I find it challenging to try to change it up but to have a complete puzzle at the end of the end ie. stay within my calorie goal. Tracy
