Most definitely!! I think thats the first 10 pounds I lost. I have cut back to really only weekends except for the occasional dinner out or something. I do however cut loose on weekends and yes, I would say it adds to more eating for sure!

I have an arm band for my i-phone 5, works beautifully.

1991 2 door Geo Metro 3 cyl automatic with A/C. Car could barely get out of its own way. In the end, the stereo that was in it had more power than the engine. At one point fit 9 guys in it. More crap "went down" in that car than I can legally say..... lol

Pizza. Pretty much the only one that I eat and eat and eat and eat. Have gotten away from the thick Chicago style meat stuffed type and pretty much stick with thin cripsy veggies etc, but still. That and I guess the party buffet trays at social gatherings, i.e. superbowl party and such.

Yes I can say that. Hands and fingers always cold and even on warmer days, I am very comfortable where I used to just be hot as hell. I love it! Like I heard a long time ago, I can always put on more clothes when its cold but can never take enough off when its hot.

I had a 4 now a 5 and had/have an arm band for each. The 4 will not work on the five and vice versa. Also, as tight as they fit, you can not leave a case on them (at least the ones I have found). Despite all that, I love them and will not run without.
