Most days I do and I have lost 16 pounds. I just depends on what foods you are eating your calories back on.

You should be able to do it. You really go at your own pace as long as you push yourself everytime. I don't do the same amount of work that they do on the video but I push myself everytime and I have lost weight. You just need to make sure to not strain yourself by trying to keep up with them. It is a really good program…

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about 5 years ago and I finally understood why even though I exercised and ate well I was still gaining weight. I am on medicine right now but if I don’t take it for 3 days I can go up 5-6 pounds like that. The doctor is still trying to “control” it but we’ll see. Feel free to add me.

I am 25 and graduating next year. I thought I would be done by now but life happens. Well I will have my diploma either way. Plus I have work experience now which many companies require people to have to get hired.
