thank you that blog helped clear everything up, i guess i need to eat about 900 more cal a day then when i work out.... yes the gym machines do over estimate the cal burned, i always lower that number by 30%. i do weights for my upper body arm ect everytime im at the gym aswell. doctor has cut me off of doing weights that…
