Very interesting but so true b/c when I gained most of my weight I did measure my waist I was right @ 37" and I noticed how it affected my health and I was always so tired but since it has come down a little I have more energy and I feel alot better.

Today well yesterday I made it to the gym to do 45 min on the elliptical and walk about 20 min on lunch. I had water only all day. Hope to do the same on today but it's my off day and I get caught up snacking @ home so I hope I can do better.

First day's challenge--30-45 minutes of cardio + nothing but water. Well I actually only got in 30 minutes of cardio and that was on the wii fit (hula for 10 min, step for another 10, and jogging for 10) I had alot of other things thrown at me today but I do feel good that I did not give up and at least got in 30 min. Oh wow I can definately imagine b/c I love the cinnamon crunch w/ cream cheese with walnuts or something like that in it. Good job though I have resisted my cravings today as well hope I can make the same healthy choices going forward.

Glad to hear the stories I have tried to job and just never kept up with it but I definately would love to see a slight difference in my hip and stomache area. Well, keep us updated b/c I sit on my u know what all days as well and I have learned that after having my daughter although I went bk to my pre prego weight that from sitting down all day and snacking help me gain about 30 lbs since I was working out regularly.
