  • Ignore that! Don't eat anymore calories than the 1200 or whatever you are allowed at the beginning of the day. Thats what I was told. it does mess you up but just because you work out doesn't mean you should eat more. ;)
  • You are not going to kill yourself. You do what you can and if you have to stop, don't stop entirely, keep moving til the next exercise but doing something that allows you to move while still being able to catch your breath. It's not gonna kill you. You'll see before long that you won't need to stop as much and eventually…
  • The first one is great too but it doesn't have the sweat meter thing. I LOVE my Wii!
  • INDEED!! I did it this morning for 30 minutes and literally was drenching in sweat! I love, love, LOVE it! That as a warm up to a workout with Bob and you got yourself a hell of a workout!
