  • Actually looking back at my diary entries from the last 9 days, I only ate 1200 calories once. Yesterday. Most days I am under, and I never eat back the exercise calories.

  • I used a fit bit the last time I did the program. I just have not had time for exercise this week. I did consistently do it last week. I did not eat back the calories and lost 4 lbs in 9 days. I think I am also retaining huge amounts of water, because this morning, I was 2 lbs heavier than yesterday morning.

  • It is not. I just happen to currently be wearing my size 6 jeans from the 90's, early 2000's, because I outgrew my recently purchased (2014-2016) size 4 and size 2 jeans.
  • We eat out several nights a week. Last night we went to Chili's. I would have been fine if I could have skipped the margarita. Alcohol is my weakness. I ordered the margarita chicken with black beans and steamed rice. My go to is usually salads without dressing, but all of their salads were pretty high calories.
  • I got a Mirena 6 1/2 years ago and when it was expired, I lost a ton of weight and dropped back to my pre kid weight. I kept it off until I had the expired Mirena replaced. I know it is the hormones in the Mirena causing the weight gain.
  • The might log 3 slices of bacon but only eat one. I over estimate my food all the time. I never finish anything either. So if I log a container of yogurt, I usually throw it away with 3-4 bites in it.

  • I love the Chick fil a Cobb Salad. It has so much flavor, that dressing is not necessary.

  • I do not belong to a gym. I ride my own bike in our court. I also walk frequently.
