  • The best help I've had in my workouts with keeping my asthma under control is an hour of yoga beforehand. However, my asthma is pretty mild, but I thought I would put the suggestion out there.
  • You shouldn't allow yourself to feel sick or it will be a lot harder to motivate yourself to continue! Eat the calories you need to feel well, but use those calories on GOOD food and not empty calories (food that has no vitamins and such). Make the most of them!
  • I found Chobani to be the best for me... I make mine using Cascadian Farms Organic French Vanilla Almond Granola Cereal (just 1/4 cup or less), a drizzle of honey and several blueberries...
