I live in the country on a gravel road and people think it's a dumping station. I have seen suitcases, toilets, old appliances, bicycles, BAGS of garbage, etc. You name it, they dump it, usually under the cover of darkness. It really ticks me off when people are so inconsiderate of others property and the environment.
