It can be to do with bad circulation in your legs. When showering, alternate between really hot and really cold on your legs. Do this after every gym session. It should help. it definately worked when I was on my feet all day working as a waiter.

83 kilos (180.2 pounds) in 2009 ish and probably sometime during my time at uni. Still at uni and looking to get down to 67 ish from 80.

High Tech scales don't use height weight and age to measure BF%. There's usually little electrodes on the scales that send a small electrical signal throught your body. Water, muscle and fat all conduct electricity differently.

In football training we do intervals, like shuttle runs and beep test type exercises. And I have to say, it is hard, and now i've seen this program, I'm gonna start incorporating it into my workout.

there's one aloe vera drink I had, i think it was korean. but i bought it from the world foods section in asda. and it's got big chunks of aloe vera in it, and is sweetened with honey. and was discusting.

Agreed in a sense, but I've recently strained my Medial Colateral Ligament, and breast stroke is therefore not so easy on the knee due to the jerky action. However, front crawl is very good. in all honesty I always underestimate the calories burnt during exercise (so I'd take the HR monitor value) and try to overestimate the calories I eat. (Not too drastically). But in 5 weeks, 8lbs is perfect. You don't really want to lose more than 2lbs a week.

People that don't indicate... Driving along and the person in front pretty much slows to a stop, before turning into a Cul-De-Sac or something...not only dangerous, but bloody annoying. I love just shouting at other drivers while in my car. Definately relieves a lot of stress. I'm not even an agressive driver.
