Hey, it depends on what works for you really. You could use pen & paper, a spreadsheet, a fitness tracking app such as strava/runkeeper/fitbit, or any other method you use currently. Alternatively if you are only doing it for this challenge you can simply record it directly here in this discussion. Good luck!
