Got lazy over the weekend but nevermind. Back on track now hopefully! Jan 11th was a Yes, No (damn puddings!), No Today should be better however. Back at work where I tend to eat less anyway, plus badminton this evening. Enjoy the day! :)

Oops forgot to post this morning so for Jan 8th: Tracked? Yes Calories? Yes - actually way too under considering all the exercise but I wasn't hungry/was too busy! Exercise? YES! 1hr15 Zumba + 1 hr cycling around to get there/back!

Jan 7th: Tracked - yes although had to guess slightly as I didn't cook myself Calories - yes I was under which I'm pretty proud of. I finished work early and was so tempted to snack but managed to resist eating until dinner. Activity - no, but I'm doing a lot today so wanted a rest

I did LBT when I was at uni and I really enjoyed it, although I wouldn't say I gained muscle from it (but perhaps I didn't stick at it for long enough). We did some arms exercises along with the squats etc, but I think it really depends on the instructor as to what you get.

Unfortunately, yesterday didn't go particularly well for me. Not going to let that stop me though! So today I will try to: - Drink 8 glasses of water - Stay under calories - Either go to Zumba OR walk to the fireworks display [haven't decided which to do yet!] Hope everyone has a great day!

Yesterdays goals went pretty well apart from going to bed at a sensible time. Hopefully will do better tonight. My other goals include: - 8 glasses of water - Under calories We'll leave it at that for today. As for the cold weather, I try and drink hot drinks, or soup which aren't too high in calories but keep me warmer…

I'm just getting back into using this site to log daily and encourage me to exercise more. Would like to lose some weight but the ultimate goal is to be more toned generally, just not sure how to get there at the minute! Always looking for motivation and I will try to do the same for others. Feel free to add.

If possible I try and get it done early, and then I can say like, I'm going to be awake for another 9hours. If I just spend 1 (or 2) of those hours exercising then I have 7 hours to do all the other things I want/need to do - and I know I will happy with myself if I do it. Failing that, I have a couple classes I go to…
