i will give it a try. i hate push ups but i want super nice arms. i will be doing 4 sets of 25 girly ones cause im a girl no really i cant do the regular ones i will try the last 5 as regular push ups. wish me luck this is gonna take all day. thanks for the challenge though i need it!!!!

i have a membership. i do the 20 bucks a month one. i can bring a guest anytime and its 24hr. i love it!!!!! i go early morning so theres hardly anyone there. its like my own gym. you can get a sorta semi personal trainning throughout the week. the trainers usually start classes every hour for a different body part or…

sw 246 1st 242 2nd 240 3rd 238 4th 237 goal was 236 weighed this morning march 30th im 9 pounds down doubt if i will be 1 pound lighter in the morning. gave it the old college try and im happy with my progress. tomorrows a new month going for 10 again! wish me luck. it was great being part of the challenge

turkey breast on flat bread lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, red onion, black olives, green pepper, jalepeno's and a drizzle of the sweet onion sauce heated twice. its sooooo good!!!!!!
