i circuit train/weight train/etc twice a week as well as run. I will try my jump rope tomorrow :) - and yes the rope itself is weighted as well.. not just the handles.. thanks everyone for the suggestions!!! :flowerforyou:

yea they asked how many days do you work out if you were sedetary.. etc.. i said 3-5 x's a week and it told me to multiply it by a certain number .. then it told me to deduct 500 calories to see a weight loss...

I'll join.. we were supposed to get married in September but I got a new teaching position - and can't take off unless there is a assigned vacation --- so December it is... holidays in St. Lucia.. and a bikini and a little white sundress. I've got about 10 to be at my goal weight.. then I'll re-evaluate.

I use GG crackers... they're scandanavian crackers... for one decent cracker - 12 cals.; 5g fiber; 7g carbs.. they're decent enough to break up and use to dip or use two slices and put something in between as a sandwhich.

I'm curious as to what answers or suggestions you get too. I walk the block at work during lunch - 1.67 miles.. but sometimes it is TOO hot and you're told to stay inside... then what? i enjoy those walks.

you cannot base it on the first 10 days... also, drink plenty of water and watch your sodium... stick with it, and try to add a 30 min walk or some form of extra cardio 3x a week as well.:flowerforyou:
