have you ever thought about doing some pilates/yoga? i do it weekly and it is a major challenge on the muscles - i definitely break out in a good sweat. it's also good for stretching the muscles; i do it to give myself an awesome stretch after a week of working out - lengthy flexible muscle will give you that tone look.…

The only thing i put in my body, in liquid form, is coffee, liquor or water. Water is put in about 85% of the time. I love water and will never drink sugar water ever again.
