Doesnt really matter. I wouldnt suggest eating all calories at one meal though. I eat about 200-300 calories for breakfast, 300-400 for lunch and 700-900 for dinner and evening snacking. My goal is 1690.

If you are losing weight with what you are currently eating, I would not change it. However, if you stop losing I would consider it. Besides, its not like going from sedentary to lightly active is going to be a massive amount of calories different.

I prelog my day but never my week. I always figure out what I am going to cook for the week ahead of time but I dont log it. I find the planning ahead helps me immensely.

They had a panic attack about Pandora. It was making our internet VERY slow. So I just stream it through my phone all day everyday.

First thought: how much is a liter? I should google this. Second thought: holy **** batman! Thats a lot. I dont think I could ever do that. I did 200oz one day but normally aim for 100-150 ounces.

I plan to eat at maintenace from Sunday 12/23 to Sunday 12/30. I will log but not be strict (or stupid about food). We are doing Christmas stuff 12/23-12/25 then hunting out of town 12/27-12/30 so my options are going to be limited.

I upped from 1320 to 1690 and waited and waited and waited. It took over 4 weeks but it worked. I noticed more change on my body before the scale followed. I also upped my water intake and lowered my fast food intake.

Im eating cheese right now. Yum. Anyways, I have not cut items out but recently I have choosen to keep several items out of the house. Such as queso dip, salsa and whole chocolate milk. ETA: orange juice and cranberry juice

Ive done it with a coke, with wine and with canned green beans (with juice). I still havent figured out how to make it perfect. But I LOVE the veggies that cook with it.

I tried it but I had about 8 of the possible side effects and massive withdrawal symptoms so I could not continue. I took 6 pills over 2 weeks and didnt notice a damn thing except my husband wanting to move out of our house.

Im up anywhere between 5:45am and 7am but I usually eat breakfast at work... about 9am. I aim for lunch between 12p and 1p. On the weekends it varies depending on what time I wake up.
