Just because someone is a CPA or in the industry, doesnt always mean they follow the rules or file their return on time. Same thing for lawyers, you think they dont break the law or speed when they are late. My point is, chubby is easier to see and speculate what their life/short comings might be.

As odd as this sounds, try not to set a strict structure. If it becomes a chore, shes not gonna like it. "Hey! Its a beautiful day. Yep. And I use this time to make new recipes. Some healthy, most not. Also, Im very guilty about not getting my water in on the weekends so as soon as I feel hunger, I drink a full 16-24 ounces then eat if Im still hungry.

How are you so sure of that? I cant predict any part of the future. Who's to say weight loss doesnt change your mindset. Just a thought. And I completely agree about not wanting to buy new clothes.

1. Take a small note pad with you and try to log weekends. Simply write it down and log it later. You might be shocked at how much you are actually eating. 2. Search MFP for the roadmap (version 2). I pleatued after 44lbs lost and upped my calories. Im losing again. 3. Drink 80+ ounces of water a day.
