BJ, congrats on kicking another pound to the curb! Lisa, the thrill of the hunt is definitely one of the best parts about shopping! Yay for getting a Target in your area! You're going to love it. Lots of basic cheap clothing and they're always having sales/putting things on clearance. Each store also puts different things…

Oh hush up Cazz! Just because I live in LA that doesn't mean I'm one of these fabulously fabulous people! I'm a sale/deal/coupon shopper all the way. I absolutely HATE paying full price for anything, especially clothes. My only splurges are on makeup, and that tends to happen at Sephora. Otherwise, it is all about…

Jen - Glad the pool is back and open for you! Lisa - YAY for the new water bottle belt working out for you! Pam - What a pleasant surprise seeing your starting weight being lower than expected. :) Working from home sounds like a great opportunity, I think you should take it! Linda - I'm so glad you didn't have any storm…

Here's what we put into the juice we made yesterday... 1 bunch of kale 1/2 a cucumber 1 medium green bell pepper 2 stalks of broccoli 2 stalks of celery 2 granny smith apples It made enough juice for two 16 ounce glasses. Tonight we're planning on making a fruit juice with farmer's market strawberries, mint, lime, &…

That documentary is AMAAAAAAZING! Seriously! If you have Netflix, you absolutely MUST watch it. Hubby and I had already bought a juicer but it was used twice and stashed on top of the fridge. Since watching the film it is back down and we are buying fruits and veggies from the farmers market. We're very inspired by Joe…

EMILY's BACK! *happy dance* Nikster, hope you found some great shorts at Old Navy. Can't pass up an awesome sale! Alegria, thanks for those tips from that blog. :) Crystal, I'm sure you didn't to as much damage as you think you did. So, hi ladies! If you didn't catch Cazz's post, my name is Christine. :) Things are going…

SORRY!! I always forget to click the "anyone can edit" button on the spreadsheet. D'oh! But, all is well in the world now, have at it!!

Trish, I hated that CG smoky eye stick! Gave it to my mom because I just couldn't stand it. If you're questioning the colors you're using, maybe get a consultation at a cosmetic counter at your local department store. To get your color harmonizing down, Wet 'n Wild currently has AWESOME eyeshadow palettes that are labeled…

Feel free to pass them my way too! I'll give them a good and caring new home. LOL So remember that "I'm breaking out and I don't know why" thing that was going on earlier? I think I figured out the problem. Like y'all suggested, I washed my brushes and then wore the new products one by one a couple weeks apart to see where…

Firstly, I love us!! <3 Linda, thank you for starting the new thread. I've barely shown a loss from the last challenge, and I'm being generous saying I had a loss. Whatever. I'm going to keep my 150 mile challenge going since I'm (still) training for the half marathon in January. I still haven't signed up...I don't know…
-
Nursee, I definitely think you should make a new thread for us. I'll start up a new spreadsheet, just in case folks want to continue logging weekly weigh-ins. :)
-
BJ, you are one of the original Halloween challenge people, right? I can't believe our group has been going to nearly a year now!! I like "Keeping the Pounds Falling Off" the best!
-
Nikster, you look like a totally different person. Look at your jaw line! Just amazing. Happy 4th of July, everyone!! <3 I can't believe this challenge is over already. We're going to keep going, right? I don't know what I'd do without talking to you awesome, wonderful people.

Entering your reps/sets under strength training really seems to be more of a way to keep track of your progress in how many reps/sets you can do. If you'd like to get the calorie count from your work, search strength or weight training under cardio. :)

Nikster, congratulations on completing the 150 mile challenge! I'm so happy for you! Enjoy every sip of that margarita, you've definitely earned it.
-
Crystal, 0.2 is nothin', you got it under control. ;)

Nikster, congrats on crossing the finish line faster than last time, and yay on the HRM yielding some awesome numbers! What a pleasant surprise. So Cardio Barre class was fun! And HARD! I took a beginner's class but it was a packed studio (65 ladies) and an hour long class. We did a lot of isolation barre work (releves,…

AWESOME!!

Must have been some super delicious cookie bars! I like Cazz's "put it off" theory. Denying yourself completely of foods just makes you want them more. But telling yourself that you'll indulge later, makes you kind of put it on the back burner. And when I do that, I tend to forget about it because something more…

Linda, I'm very much looking forward to seeing you bounce back from the depression you've been struggling with. You'll kick it to the curb in no time! Cazz, yay for sales! That's just awesome. I know exactly what you mean when you say that even though you've lost weight and people compliment you that you still see a fat…

April, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your first wedding photography experience. :( I hope it doesn't deter you from continuing your photography career. Cazz, welcome home! Crystal, that dress is so pretty on you! I like lavender on you. What a shame that the other dresses were having such malfunctions! I agree,…

Go to Macy's and try on Grane Denim (in the Junior's department) as well as Jessica Simpson. The Jessica Simpson ones come up a little lower than I'd like on my rear, but otherwise they're my favorites along with the Grane pair. You might also want to give GAP a try. I've become more of an hour glass figure and my waist is…

Have you tried on jeans that have spandex/stretchy stuff in the denim? Maybe you can find a more flattering pair of 12s, that allow a little more room in the waist while still flattering your butt and thighs.

ayeshakane - how fun to always be having your makeup done for you. I bet you get to try a lot of different brands that you normally wouldn't. i_love_vinegar - I have no ideas for you, but I wish you luck in your quest! nola - drugstore makeup can really be impressive. I actually picked up a L'Oreal HIP loose pigment today.…

So...three weeks and no posts?! I'm a sad panda.

Thankfully Disneyland is practically in my back yard and until recently I had an Annual Pass, the price keeps going up and is hard to justify now! I'm a total Disney geek and have only been to WDW once, in 2006. I really REALLY want to go back and hubby has never been...it is on our list of places to go, so here's hoping.
-
A giant penny for a medal?! Yeah, that rocks. I'm such a sucker for cool medals. And here's the thing, after I do the Tinker Bell half, I'll want to do a WDW half, so I can earn the Coast to Coast Race Challenge medal. http://espnwwos.disney.go.com/about/coast-to-coast-race-challenge I'm feeling pretty much normal now,…

Hi guys! So sorry I haven't been in here recently. Hubby has been home a lot these last two weeks and I haven't had much time to play around online and whatnot. Nikster, congrats on kicking those pounds to the curb! That's fantastic - all of your hard work is showing. Hi Nursee! Crystal, I'm so very much looking forward to…
-
Nikster I think you're right. The only other time I've felt like that was on my honeymoon in the Bahamas when I was out in the sun and for dang sure I wasn't drinking nearly enough water then. The trainer was funny, he kept trying to school me on weight loss and how it is 80% mental and 20% physical and all of this other…

April, don't worry about it. Maybe make these last two weeks a "free for all", where we just go back and do our favorite challenges from weeks past. I know I've been terrible at keeping up with everyone! I'm very sorry for that. I joined a gym, yay! It isn't fully built yet, but I still had an orientation training today.…
