I did contact company and they are sending me a new strap. They think it is the problem. Lets hope this work.

I am having same issue with mine. I make sure to wash strap and clean it, but the past 2 weeks it has been on the fritz. I think it is time to call company.

Looking for calorie counter and came across this. It also had the most and best reviews.

It drives me nuts when I get asked how I am losing the weight and I tell them, then they all get excited and join. Just to have them either not use the site or only use it for 3 day and give up. Then they all upset because they are still the same size.

I have a polar FT4. I really like it only one complaint is one day durning my exercise it said it lost my heart rate. So I was unsure of my calories burned. Other than that one day it has worked great.

I had to take a rest day in Tuesday because I was so sick and yet I felt so guilty. I do try an take a rest day at least once a week to recover but I still feel the same guilt.
