Have you tried switching up your gym routine? I trick my body as much as possible...weights first sometimes then cardio, cardio for 10 min then weights then 20 of a diff cardio then abs then more cardio...don't let your body predict what's next ...a trainer told me this once and I swear by it...also you don't get bored!…

In hindsight leaving me was the biggest favor my ex husband ever did for me! Put myself through nsg. school and forced me to grow up and take control of my own life...and I was left with a 13 month old who is now 24 and one hell of a guy!

I don't have a whole lot of time to be bored but when I am I come on here (mfp) and look around at what everyone else is doing! So I guess you could say that right now I'm kinda bored lol!
