I have a green spinach every day. I use: 3 cups of spinach 1 banana small scoop of frozen berries 1 % milk 1 tbps ground flax Fat free greek yogurt for protein SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome! I'm so glad you've joined us! There is a lot of inspiration on this site. I'm sorry to hear of the loss of your son. My grandmother just turned 80, and she is very much like you. She walked 5-10 km a day, and is absolutely healthy! Both of you are inspirations!

I find if I want a "cheat" meal. I'll make a home made pizza. I'll use a PC blue menu na'an bread, turkey pepperoni, light mozza and home made pizza sauce. Makes me feel like I'm being guilty when I'm not!

I also gave up drinking any sort of pop. I was drinking over 4 cans aday, and I was completely addicted. When I stopped (cold turkey), I was craving it, so I drank more water. Now I'm drinking about 12+ glasses of water a day and it's great!

I appreciate some of the recipes. I've tried quinoa once and it was absolutely disgusting. I haven't been able to go back to it. Maybe I'll give it another try.

I have a breakfast smoothie each morning: 3 cups of spinach 1 tbsp ground flax Frozen berries Banana 1% milk (Going to try the almond milk) Oikos fat free greek vanilla yogurt (Just a scoop for protein)

I've been eating 3-4 cups + of spinach every morning and mine is the same. (Yay for comparing poop on a Friday morning) My doc said it's normal :)

I'm having the same problem, I have over 1,000 calories left every day. I just leave it, and keep going as I'm going. I don't want to force myself to eat.

oh I'm so not co-ordinated either. You should see me trying to do the "row" it's hilarious. I'm sure it will get better though! I've only one the one day, I'm so excited to go home and do it again. My abs are certainly feeling it!

That is such a wonderful way to look at things. I am finding I am doing the same recently. Instead of worrying about things I don't have, I am enjoying the things I do!
