I saw the videos, in brief. The moves will definitely get you sweating and give you a good workout. I didn't enjoy it as well as my class at the Y though!!! I agree, if you can find a fun instructor, that is the best way to go!!

I will be Zumba-ing tonight! I love to do anything dancy, and I think that is why I love Zumba. The music is fun, the moves are fun and you sweat a lot!! haha :laugh: I do think much of it will depend on your instructor(s). They could make or break it. The videos, eh... not so great. My instructors mix zumba/latin music…

I remember the braxton-hicks from my first pregnancy. I had no idea what they were until I had some real contractions, then I thought.... OH?!!!!!! That's what those were. :laugh: I won't get to find out what we are having for 10 more weeks! :ohwell: I'm at week 10 now. :smile:
