  • Starting Weight: 244 (3/12/12) Goal Weight: 224 My goal is to need to buy a new swim suit for the summer because my old one no longer fits. I've had it for so long and have just been squeezing into it every year.

  • I have been on a mushroom kick too. I sautee them in EVOO with chicken sausage and then add spinach till it wilts. I mix this with either scrambled eggs or pasta etc. Always delicious!
