it's a little crazy in here but I for one love white bread. I've tried various types of wheat and just can't do it! I say eat what you want, everything can be eaten just in moderation.

omgosh you hit the nail on the head!!! Jumping jacks are the worse!! I'm 42 and have reached all my goals and this is one problem I can't get passed!

I'm with everyone else, there's nothing that can prepare you for it. I say jump right into it and do your best. I jumped right into P90X, I'm bringing it but know in time I can do better.. Good luck!

Because I was never on a diet, I eat regular food just limit my portions YES it does stay off if you want it too.

I'm no expert AT ALL but I'd say with your workout routine including Tony you should still lose weight as well as tone up. I'm on my second week of P90X, I incorporate it with my other training class (so I don't follow the routine as instructed).. But I'm sure they'll be others who might be able to help more.

My hubby had issues with us eating different foods during dinner time. I explained to him what I wanted, what I needed and that this was a journey that I had to take not only for myself but to be the best wife I could be to him. Oh heck ya! My husbands the same way... Have you tried talking to him about it? Is this a boyfriend you've had a long time, or newly in a relationship? I ignore my husband, I eat healthy and the way I want. He gets pissy but he gets over it...

I get up early for work (4:30) so I get my workout in right after work. I got straight home, change and get right to it. I don't give myself a chance to change my mind or to think about not wanting to do it.

I enter it under cardio, I make my own description and use my HRM to get calories burned. I'm on week 2, phase 1.. Good luck, it's excellent so far for me.
