I was the reason for a 911 call. I woke my husband up and told him to call 911 because I was in labor and having the baby NOW! The caller was great and talked my husband through the whole thing. The ambulance came shortly after. We had a healthy little baby. :heart:

When I got married my husband and I were not too into fitness. He worked in construction and stayed fit that way. I went to the gym once and a while but didn't watch what I ate much. Not that this is helpful but I have a husband and children to look after now so that helps remind me to eat. They always seem to be hungry.

1 tea spoon cocoa. 2 tea spoon sugar/or sugar substitute 1 cup milk of choice or until mug is full microwave until hot/or bring milk to boil on stove add cocoa, sugar I like homemade hot chocolate so much better than store brands so thought I would share. enjoy!

I'm also 5'4" so I thought I would put my 2 cents in. For what it is worth, I'm no expert. For me I find getting more protein in helps. It fills you up and lasts longer. Canned fish, or buying fresh meat and cooking homemade is always better. Veggies don't take as many calories and are so much better for you. I know you…

I love color so flowers that are showy are of course beautiful. The deer that like to visit our yard also like most flowers so I have to be very selective on which ones I have in my yard that will stay for everyone to enjoy except the deer. Red roses are one of my top favorites. :flowerforyou:

Popcorn is one of my favorite things. I like to make it. I use a hot air poper and then add what I want on it. I like almonds and sometimes add chocolate chips to it when needed. :heart:
