I would think oatmeal/raisin/chocolate chip would be filling...I found these recipes that are reduced fat. http://www.delish.com/recipes/cooking-recipes/oatmeal-chocolate-chip-cookies

That is so stinking sweet! (((Hugs))) for such a sweet little girl!

I really enjoy cake and cookie decorating. It's not a temptation for me to eat what I make...by the time I finish one of my projects, I don't want to even look at sweets!

I have peed in the woods...when you've got go, you've GOT to go! Lol! The joys of living in the country! :blushing: I have never been on a cruise or been to the West Coast.

Wow! Great job on your weight loss! You look great...and much happier! :) Keep up the good work!

The app that I use outside is iMapMyRun. I set it to alert me every five minutes...the default is every minute and I didn't like that. I also have Pandora jamming in the background. Happy running! :)

I use the map my run ap on my iPhone and it tells me my time, distance and speed. It really helps me keep my pace. Good luck...it won't take you long to adjust to running outside!

That is great! You must be so proud of yourself! I started the 30DS last week, I hope I get results that are that impressive!

I have had trouble with my IT band for years. I have tried stretches, Biofreeze and anti-inflammatories. I will have to check out the roller thing...

1100 calorie lunch...but it was so good! My mother-in-law's pound cake was my favorite! Now I either need to go to bed without supper or exercise to earn a few more calories. Lol! Happy Easter!:flowerforyou:

Prayers for your family! I would check out the cafeteria at the hospital. They usually have yogurt, fruits, granola bars, salads, etc. Grab a book or a magazine to distract you from eating. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing your story - so encouraging! You look great! :)

Just do it! Don't worry about what you look like...focus on what you want to look like and how you want to feel! I started the C25k and couldn't run a minute without being completely gassed. Now I can run 25+ minutes straight. I am losing weight and I feel wonderful. Give it a try!

I have the opposite problem. I work in an office and it is a contant struggle to find something fast and healthy to eat at lunch. I don't like to bring my lunch to work because I need to get away from all of the chaos just to keep my sanity! I have often thought about trying to work from home...

I completed day one yesterday and wondered the same thing. I am feeling it today in my legs!

I am alive and vertical! Lol!

-
Wow! That is a huge accomplishment! Congratulations from one GA girl to another!

Don't give up! I just finished week 4...honestly, week 1 was much tougher for me! I jam out to 80s Cardio on Pandora while I am running. It helps drown out the sound of my heavy breathing!

You look great! Congratulations! :)
