Hi I have a sigma pc15 which cost about £40ish - though I have seen it a little cheaper. I've been using i since christmas and cant fault it - it has alot of features for your money in my opinion! Hoep you find one you like :-)

Hey UK peeps :-) where is the year going?! This post is a cracker!! I just went to get measured the other day as I knew my bra was no longer fitting... 36D or E.. big enough not easily find nice bras I concluded on that particular day! I have never tried to weigh them, but I do wonder how much they do weigh haha This post did make me laugh - thanks!! xx

Thanks for all your replies :-) I'm doing a mixture of cardio and weights and it's deffo working! Havn't lost weight in a while, but y body is getting tighter - I love the feeling of having muscle again! slow and steady does win the race :-)

Hi My understanding is you should oly wear your heart rate monitor when you are doing exercise - MFP calculates the rest. So only enter in calories you burn on exercise on here...

Hiya I have a leteral thigh stepper (the one where you sort of skate to the sides sort of motion, rather than just up and down)... I was on it yesterday using my HRM, and in 30 mins I burn around 210 - 250 cals, which would ov equate to around 100 cals per 15mins.. hope this is of some help! pen x

Hi I have been wondering the same thing since getting my HRM.. so can't be of help im afraid! Like you, I have heard about your heart rate not being too high, but, if I try and keep it lower I feel I am not getting a proper workout... My max heart rate is uaually around 175ish.. I will interested to hear replies!
