  • hi Even when you track your exercise, mfp still keeps your 500cal deficate - if your set to lose 1lb per week for example. You should aim to eat bck at least halk your exercise calories - hopt this helps x

  • Hi I just got a Sigma PC15 and so far a I am please with it - and it's had good reviews too. In my opinion its a good choice if you don't have lots to spend; its ECG accurate, has a chest strap and lotsa features :-)
