you could go old school. Push ups, sit ups, crunches and running/ marching in place. doesn't take up barely any room and you could get the kids to do it with ya or they can play while you do it...

yeah snacking isn't terrible, but make the right choices when ya do it. You know chips and dip aren't it. And you'll feel icky in the morning cause you ate them and because they aren't something that will keep you full. I took a belly dancing class for a semester. It is good for isolating muscles and control over your body. Flexibility and it is good for weight loss. I agree with this I also do the walking dvd's more challenging then one might think, but easy enough to get through. Aslo zumba is good.

been there. now i just walk around the park and eat the food. I miss roller coasters and fun rides, so i made a promise with my man that once i lost the weight we'd go to one of those awesome parks to celebrate. It's like being trapped in prison, but it is always with you. Keeps you from the life you want and should have.
