same with anything that says diet... subway doesn't claim to be diet, but you have the ability as an adult to make better choices there calorie wise anyway...if you look at all around nutrition they are still crazy high on sodium.

hrm should be based on your age atleast and perhaps your weight and if you are walking on an incline you are working hard. so i'd say it's pretty right. you can only use the numbers on mfp as a guide when it comes to calories burned because they do it as an average and not by your weight and age and all that.. A HRM is the best bet, but some of us can afford it for now. 30 day shred is circuit training. easiest way to log it with out a HRM.

fruit is great, the Del monte naturals are great! i don't crave sweets never have to much, but when I do I also get the 100 cal packs. Mr. salty chocolate covered pretzels are my fav. but i have also found the lorna short bread cookies are great as well.

i weigh once a week, and measure myself a few times a week. inches count perhaps a bit more then the weight, but at my high number losing lbs is required lol

yeah p90x is meant to be a struggle. It is an intensive program that is meant to get intense results be happy you got through 25 mins and hope for better next time you get 3 months you're not going to be perfect first time around.
