on a night out il get ready and think "hmm i look ok", i go out and feel self consious and fat. thinking how big i look, how my hair is, how my nose looks etc. then il see a mirror in loo. see a fat goblin looking back. il drink vodka like theres no tomorrow, get confidence, then see a mirror or pretty girl...feel…

some are hot. some just look like tramps or jesusy

im 5ft 2 . my goal weight was 130, then when i reached that 118. then when i reached that 112. now i want to be 104. i must enjoy dieting!!! xx

i used to take them but started getting heart palputations, dizzyness etc. i wouldnt recommend them, but if you must start off with some that arent too strong, and work your way upto the more stronger ones x

eat more veg instead of fruit

also my mum used to always say "its a shame your overweight/fat/chubby cos youve got a pretty face"..."if you lost weight you could look good like your sisters"."you look ok neck upwards but the rest is just too big and bloated"..xx

you dont need to lose weight. you need to tone

every 2 days. if i do it every day i get obsessed, if i do it once a week or less i tend to put on weight easily xx
