You are AMAZING!! That is so great that you set your mind and have lost over 100lbs. If I was you I wouldn't cry, I would walk around butt naked, LOL. I wouldn't care about what folks thought but dang it you should be so proud of yourself. What an inspiration to everyone on MFP. Congrats and you go girl!!

Ok, day 2 and 3 done. Did an extra 5k today...family is sick and I am feeling yuck, but hopefully I will get over it fast and won't stop me from my challenges.

I wanted to share with everyone how much of a genius I am...the first week of challenges when we did 50 globe jumps, that is exactly what I did; 50 complete sets (meaning 4 jumps totaling 1 globe jump). I was so done with the bushman after that!! I now see Gary's comment about each jump counts as one!!! AHHHHHHHHHH my legs…

I am now at 163.1 so just a little lost, but I will take it!! I completed all pygmy workouts and extra miles on Monday and Wednesday then a 5k on Saturday. I was under calorie and over water every day!! Let's go week 3.

Thursday and Friday pygmy done! Both day under calories and over water...did an extra mile today and I have been doing the bear walk just to do a little extra...I am SOOO sore just like everyone else! Ahhh we will succeed!

Did Bushman day 3...man this is kicking my butt but I can already tell it is getting easier! Love that feeling. Over water, under calories!!

Day 2 was completed, but I was extra tired and just finished my log...sorry! I was under calorie and over water.

Completed day 3 exercises...those bearwalks are seriously kicking my butt! Water has already been met and will be under calories.

Ok, I completed my workouts for 9/1...I am so suprised I can walk today!! The globe jumps and bear walk KILLED my legs!!! Also I filled out my food diary and drank my water. So far so good.

Is the only difference between the Bushman and the Pygmy that one is advanced?

I am sitting at 167 as of last Monday. I weigh each Monday so I will check back in on Monday and let you know if anything has changed. I am so excited to get this weight off me. Woo hoo!!

I bought one and got the biggest loser game, but I just don't get all sweaty and that is what I like. What I did for mine was worked out really hard the day before and the day after...I took my bday off from working out too!! I still ate a regular breakfast and lunch but then went a little over for dinner with cake and drinks!! Have a great birthday and enjoy yourself.

I currently workout at least twice a day at my job. I work for Bank of America and they have a gym at our facility and it is so nice!! They have trainers and instructor lead classes. We are also doing the Biggest Loser for prizes and with the grand prize being $500 I am so determined to win. Do you like the Turbo fire??…

Love it. I would have to agree with you, I am with you completely...however, I would have probably gotten off and found a new TM, LOL. I am doing weight watchers and tracking on MFP. You do get extra calories, but you don't have to use them. I usually have about 400 extra at the end of the day, but depending on how hard I workout then I do go into them. You will get an "erorr" so to speak when you finish the entry for the day if you don't eat enough.
