My favorite lunch is: soft flour tortilla shell (medium I think), smear with pizza sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and microwave for 30 seconds. Two of these is 235 calories and they are hot food on cold days.

I recently cooked some spaghetti. Using my scale, it appeared that 2 oz dry was 5.2 oz cooked. (I actually cooked 20 oz dry and ended up with 52 oz cooked). Hope that is close, cause that is what I am using.

Here you go (as of Sunday/yesterday): Starting weight: 141.0 Mini goal: 137.0 Final goal (MFP says): 135.4 but I'll round that to 135. The fruit/veggie challenge will be the hardest as I'm very bad about that. But I'll try. Thanks.
