  • Country, for sure. I lived in the city for school and couldn't wait to get back home. That city life just isn't for me. I live in suburbia right now and am looking forward to my house selling to get back to country living. My husband and I plan on buying a few acres and building a small house with a huge workshop and a…
  • OOOO, thank you for sharing this! I can't wait to try it!!
  • Hi, First, congratulations on successfully breastfeeding for 6.5 months and looking to go even longer. You're doing a great job! I was in your shoes not that long ago and I was absolutely TERRIFIED of losing my supply or having it decrease so I incorporated exercise VERY slowly. I began my journey by weighing and logging…
  • BF'ing momma checking in (of a 15 month old!). I bf and pump a LOT (I donate a huge chunk of what I pump) so I add 600 extra calories, sometimes more if I get another pumping/feeding session in.
  • 1.) To look hot as hell for "girl on top" (TMI? whatevs.) 2.) To gain confidence 'cause confidence is sexy ETA: I LOVE your positivity (:
  • I eat quinoa pretty much every night. It's so versatile and easy to make! DamnDelicious.net has TONS of great recipes (I'll post my favorites below). I'm vegan so I'm sorry that I won't have any suggestions if you are a meat/dairy eater! Here are some of my menu staples: One Pan Mexican Quinoa:…

  • 28 years old 5'2" SW: 170 on MFP CW, GW: 128.8 I maintain around 2525 calories (I do breastfeed a 14 month old).
  • Oh, okay. Self love = radical notion Clearly.
  • Because what I feel comfortable in shouldn't be based upon whether or not it pleases men.
  • I figure it's none of my business what other people wear and if they're comfortable with who they are and what they're wearing, good for them. Beauty standards can suck it.
  • Women don't need to wear things to impress men and if you don't like what some women wear, cool. But they shouldn't have to stop wearing what makes THEM happy because it doesn't please you.
  • Just because you have a mouth, doesn't mean you should use it. Don't like the way some people look in certain articles of clothing? Don't look.
  • Hi and welcome! Holy moly, that's awesome!!
  • Oh, no, I was completely fine with him living at home (though he did make a decent wage and probably could have lived on his own - but I didn't really care) but the whole "there's a room in the basement that they put together for me" was what did it for me. All I could think of was "it rubs the lotion on the skin" and…
  • He was 4-ish years older than me and I'll be 28 this year so 31-32. And this was 7 years ago. ETA: I can't believe 2008 was SEVEN years ago. OMG. My first post was totally wrong - it was 7 years ago, not 5. How is it already 2015?! (:
  • Lulz, no idea. Wouldn't surprise me if he did though. I can't even begin to describe what a weirdo this guy turned out to be. He was so cute too. ETA: haha, no. I try to avoid him but since I host and attend many car shows/meets/events throughout the summer, I can't help but see him. I don't talk to him at all and do my…
  • Yeah, it's real. I see him regularly in the summer at car shows that I host and it's awful. Simply awful. The first time I saw him after this happened (at a night meet) he started screaming at me about how I disrespected his mom by just driving off. I went on a few dates with a couple guys from that particular forum and…
  • This was a few years ago and not an "online dating website" story but it's the best (worst?) story I have. I'm a total car enthusiast so I was on a local car forum and received a PM from this guy. Okay, fine. We talked for a while and decided to meet up and go on a date. I get into the town where we decided to meet at and…
  • Oh my... I'm a nursing mom and during the entire course of my 14 month span of breastfeeding (so far!), I have yet to eat UNDER 2,500 calories. I still lost weight and am now transitioning into maintenance. I can't figure out the 1,200 calorie thing... most of my dinners are around that. I'm 5'2", 130lbs, nursing + pumping.
  • Vegans don't use wool. It's believed that humans don't have the right to "use" animals for anything. ETA: I should really learn how to refresh the page before posting.
  • I eat at least 2500/day and lose (and consume lots of veggies). I love food. You absolutely should up your intake. ETA: I am 5'2", 130lbs. Your height/weight/activity level may be different than mine.
  • I make most things from scratch and then triple the recipe so I can freeze the rest for quick meals when I need them. I find 99% of my meals from pinterest (I'm a total addict, whatever). emirandah posted some good brands to look for and be sure to check the labels. Amy's has always been a favorite of mine. Good luck! (:
  • $18 - undergarments $5 - dress $2 - cardigan $10 - boots $11,000 wedding set $11,035
  • I'm 5'2" and 130lbs, have a fairly sedentary lifestyle (though I do climb 14 flights of stairs a day at work), and I consume no less than 2500 calories a day and still lose. I agree with DancingMoosie -- try eating and logging 1800-2000 calories and see where that takes you. Buy a food scale and weigh your foods to help…
  • I live on ohsheglows.com/ I seriously need an intervention. lol oh, and www.minimalistbaker.com/
  • Anyone is welcome to send me a request! I've been a vegan for a few months now (:
  • I use pinterest to gather a bunch of recipes and then I pick things that I am craving that week, create a menu and a meal plan, and then I enjoy the great meals I made. Like @Jennikitten, I prefer to have the ability to make my weekday meals quick and easy.
  • Vegan checking in! (:
  • I breastfeed my 8 month old (I also have a 4 year old that is NOT breastfed but is vegan) and am vegan. I don't take any vitamins or supplements. I am madly in love with breastfeeding and being vegan. (:
