  • I agree with the dehydration comment - I say it could just be a lack of water in your body. Try chugging water for a few days and see if that makes a difference. I always start to cramp if I get even a bit low on water. And remember you will need to add water each day you exercise. Good luck

  • I am not sure where you live - but here in the midwest we have ATT UVerse - which has on demand exercise videos for free. If you have access to that - you could try some different workouts and see if any of them are something you like without spending the money. I have a friend that loves those dance videos. Oh another…

  • I am soo very sorry for your loss. I agree with what the other kind lady said - if you aren't hurting yourself, using drugs, alcohol, to cope - food is the least offensive.
