I'm a tad above 5'6.....although my license says 5'7! :) I'm 33, currently at 171lbs, the highest I've been in a while. Would love to be friends with people in a similar boat!

I'm in! My goal is to hit 150 minutes a week minimum. Seems so doable.....just need to stick with it when the temp is in the 90s!

Just found it! If anyone is interested, these are the foods they list as being packed with 80 to 95% water (i.e. you can pretty much have as much as you want within reason) Celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach, salad greens, asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, green beans, red bell peppers, carrots, cantaloupe and oranges

Thank you - that was pretty much what I remember too. Maybe bell peppers? They seem mostly water!

I read the article in Health, and there was a list of produce that she considers free foods because the calories are so low - does anyone have that list? I can't find my copy!

Thank for posting this! I have my calorie level set at 0.5 loss per week, so its going very slow......this is really helpful in seeing that a small amount lost can make a difference!! You look great - congrats!

I agree that you look pretty in the firs pic - no cropping necessary! However, you are just glowing in the second - you look fantastic! Congrats - very inspiring to those of us just starting!

I agree with Alexpapa. I think if you go to Sedentary you might not be getting enough calories based on your job. Its not good to eat too few calories - you won't be able to maintain it and your body could lower your metabolism because of it. I would put it on Lightly Active and just make sure you exercise on your…

Got me! I love food and I ALWAYS eat all my calories, and definitely could eat a lot more (but try not to!) Even when I'm "under" its usually by a tiny amount. And that's set at 1 pound lost a week. I have no idea how the 2 pound loss a week people do it! Definitely not for me!
