I work out Monday-Friday doing 45 min of cardio plus squats, push ups, and crunches. On the weekend I usually do some type of walking depending on my cals for the day. Thanks everybody! I'm glad I'm not the only one who fell off the wagon! ... I did what you said and did a bunch of crunches and cleaned the house. I'm not sure how it will affect my week but I guess I'll see on Friday! Thank you again...I feel a lot better!

Well I'm only 5 feet tall and 22 years old. I'm still young and very athletic. I completely agree! You may be staying within the right number of calories but if it is all junk food then most likely you are still hungry and your weight loss will be much slower!...Plus if you are working out regularly then you need the energy from "real" food! It is one of my major weaknesses also!

I also agree! I only eat my exercise calories if I'm really hungry or need evergy...I don't want to think that I work out just so I can indulge myself later...that mindset can't be healthy!

I didn't mean to post that many times!!! Anyway...I do that too! so instead of feeling awkward while everyone else is drinking away I just drink two glasses of water between each beer...I think drinking something makes me forget that I'm not drinking beer!
