i feel so bad. i was so busy today i didn't start the 30 DS as planned. i did alot of house cleaning and other things to burn calories but that wasn't my plan. so i AM going to start the 30 DS on monday....FOR SURE!!!!!!!

to be honest this will be the first time i measure myself. i am only measuring my chest,weight and hips.....i'm going to get the hubby to measure me with a measuring tape after he gets home from work,lol

you made a really good point, but there is such a thing as going too far. there is a yound lady at my gym who you can actually see her ribs. she works out for HOURS a day. she is obsessed with working out. now i realize that when we do reach our goal weights we can't just stop working out since we'll put at that weight…

it does seem like my grocery bill is getting higher...but i do find that healthy food costs more then junk food. it does get a little discouraging to want to keep eating healthy when you have to pay more for the food :( and as for canada (i'm from there) i LOVE the farmers...NOTHING tastes like what you would get off a…

don't let her get to you....i'm sorry if this upsets u but she honestly doesn't sound like much of a friend. a true friend will support u no matter what u choose to do...u have done great loosing 20 pounds. and she should be happy for u and not making this into a compitetion to see who looses the most thier way. good job…

well we just got a 3 1/2 week old puppy yesterday so i am hoping to catch up on the sleep i lost last night,lol....and of course take care of her....without over eating...which i usually do when tired....hoping to squeeze a workout in too :)
