I talked to my husband for many hours on vid chat, I counted all of my knee socks (26 pairs), and realized that I can still motorboat myself..... There was vodka involved, but it was a good night.

Treadmill running is completely different than outside running. I get crazy dry mouth when running outside and especially with using an inhaler before hand. I actually chew gum to keep my saliva going to help with it. Lol.

Yep. I do this every once in a while while I'm running to keep me from getting side stitches. I'm bad at getting them because I'm asthmatic so my breathing goes to the shallow side more often than not. Deep breathes with slow exhalation over 4 or 5 strides helps me from getting them.
