Yes.. salt causes water retention. It causes your body to "hold on" to what ever water it has to help dilute the salt! That sounds weird but yes.

HIGHLY recommend this recipe, so nutritious and filling.. but most importantly, delicious! Something I'd eat on a regular basis by choice even if I wasn't trying to lose weight!
