The key for the 15-20 seconds is ALL OUT!! Sprints are good and I have used a row machine as well.

I had an Ultra, upgraded to the Flex, took it back the next day and got the One. Have never looked back!!

I don't know. I have the Flex on now, but am seriously considering taking it back for a FitBit One. I miss the stairs and the display already from my old Ultra.

I have my new Flex on and I am considering taking it back for the One. I had the Ultra and really wanted to sync with my phone. But, I already miss the stairs and read out. Hmmm...

Get a HRM with a chest strap. That way you know exactly what you burned.
