I can tell you what not to buy. I have a weight watcher digital scale from Costco. It is a fickled scale! I can get on it four different times in the morning and I'll get 4 different weights! not the best!

I made this tonight. I nuked my spinach before I put it on top of the chicken. I'm glad I did. I'm thinking about just adding the spinach to the crockpot toward the last few minutes, before I serve it. I loved this! So did my husband and mother.
