That really IS the coolest NSV ever! :)

I once did! I posed nude for a life art class of art school students. My nethers were covered, but everything else was out on display. I'll add I was in my early 20s and the best shape I had ever been in, so I felt confident about doing it. I got paid a little bit for the session too (not much, but it was nice to get…

If I'm a little low on the day but not feeling hungry, rather than forcing myself to eat something I might regret, I drink a glass of milk instead. It adds a few calories, protein and carbs, but no fat (I only use skimmed milk at home). A small 200ml glass will add 70 cals to my day, so if I have a couple of those, there's…

I don't particularly want to be harsh, but I have to say it - you're 23 years old - you're an adult, so you need to take responsibility for yourself and your actions, which includes your food choces AND your activity choices. I repeat, YOU ARE AN ADULT, so what say does your dad have on whether or not you go to the gym? If…

She's such an inspiration, I'm seriously considering going back to being a red-head! :)

Wow! I'm a Mum and a married woman, but (please excuse me for saying this!) hubba hubba! You look awesome! Bet you're feeling great too. Well done! :)

Even at my thinnest (which was too thin as I'd been ill) my thighs met in the middle. They didn't chafe or anything, it's just the way my legs were/are. I must be lucky in that even at my heaviest, I never got chafing unless it was incredibly cold weather, and even then, it's wasn't particularly bad. I've never found a…

He didn't leave because of your weight - that was just his schmuck excuse that he used to justify his cheating to himself and to you. Forget about him and move on. Don't shed the weight because of something someone else said and/or did, do it for yourself because you want to be healthy. You can and WILL do it without this…

You look amazing! You're half the woman you used to be!!! You're a true inspiration! :)

This is exactly whay I'm about to start the couch to 5k running plan! I want to be able to RUN when those zombies come, because I can't count on them being shufflers - they might be the quick and the dead, or something like out of 28 Days Later! On top of all th ecardio I'm planning on getting in, I need to work on…

Tape measures should be standard - they all show inches and cm and all will be to the same standard measurements, so don't spend a fortune - find a cheap one that goes round you and you'll be fine. ;)

I'm older, (not ancient, but you probably think so - I'm 35) female and living in Aberdeen, but I love movies. If you think you'd like to be friends, please feel free to add me. :)

I'm thinking of getting an hour glass tattoo. The shape represents the body shape I aspire to, and also the passage of time to remind me I only have one life with a finite amount of time to live it, so i'd better not backslide and screw it all up! ;) I also love the v 2.0 idea though - so clever! :)

I'm not sure what exactly this will involve, but it sounds like it might be fun. OK. I'll do it - count me in! And then bring on the zombies - Im' gonna kick their @sses from here to kingdom come! ;) Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

I walk everywhere. And I've just joined a gym so I'll be walking there too. :)

We've been together 12 years past 31st March and will celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary on 1st August 2012. We started looking for our first home together after dating for one month and moved in together after being together just 2 months. Our son was born almost 2 months after our 5th wedding anniversary. Never had a…

I'm going to be starting the c-5k training this month. Got to get myself a good pair of running shoes and some gear to wear, but I am SO doing this! I have decided that I am going to run in the Race For Life (not this year, but definitely next year!) and possibly work up to a few 10k charity runs. My Dad used to do a lot…

I'm on a very tight budget and find that my freezer and slow cooker are my best kitchen friends. When I get home frmo the supermarket, I divide all meat into individual portions and put them in the freezer so I never have to defrost more than i will use - no wastage there. I also use frozen vegetables frmo the basics range…

I used Slim Fast a few months before my wedding to slim down. It's true what rthey say - as soon as you start eating proper food again you put all that weight back on. You're better off looking at an overall sustainable healrthy eating plan, rather than replacing meals with shakes. That way you teach yourself to eat…

I was a boredom and compulsive eater. I would snack whenever I was doing nothing, even though I wasn't hungry, and when I had a plate of food, I would fill it way too full and be unable to stop eating until my plate was cleared, even though I was way past being stuffed and would feel sick afterwards. I'm learning to be…

The clue is in the name - "break fast". Your body has been fasting al lnight whil eyou slept, and most people don't usualy eat anything immediately before going to bed, so let's say around 8 hours of sleep, plus a couple of hours before that since yo uhad your last snack, and that's 10 hours without putting food into your…

Belly dancing! Loads of the moves are to do with shimmying, shaking and undulating, and the most desireable figure for a belly dancer is to have curves - including a slighly rounded belly - you have to have something to shake! ;) I used to go to a weekly belly dance class and it was THE MOST FUN EVER! Unfortunately, I had…

I think I could go with incorporating all of those into the month - maybe one each week. :) Will we have a specific weigh-in day? 1st April is a Sunday (and I'll be away nealry all day) but the last day of the month is a Monday, so we could always go for Mondays and have 5 official weigh-ins. What do you reckon?

I know our official weigh in day is Friday, but as tomorrow is the last day of the month, I'm going to weigh in then instead... ;) Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

How about an April challenge then? Something like we all try to lose 5lbs during April? Or a weekly exercise goal? Or a food diary goal? We could all take turns or pool some ideas... Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
