Not enough. All my life I've never been a big drinker, Coffee in the morning that would be it. I've set myself a goal to have 4 glasses a day but I'm struggling just to do that.

I don't get these "fasting" diets. Why put yourself though all that pain and misery. Its not healthy to starve yourself like that. I mean, if anything it will make you put on weight as well, as your body will store the fats you do eat. I really enjoy my food, I just make sure I eat everything in moderation :)

In my opinion there is no sin in having a treat once in a while :) So don't feel guilty. I'm taking supplements, I'm taking Centrum pregnancy care (TTC) and Omega 3 oil. If we weren't TTC I'm not sure if I would still be taking supplements. My OH thinks its a waste of time :/

Haha, every man has to have something filled with crap XD my OH isn't so bad, but my dad, has so much its never end lol. I sometimes give the rolls to my brother, then they end up in the living room for months on end instead of the bath room lol

You're doing really great don't give up now. I know its really hard at first, but once you get past that wall its smooth sailing. I went cold turkey, haven't had a ciggy in 2 years? My uncle is finding it harder to quit so he used the gum? Maybe that's something you can try?

Womens clothing does my head in. I'm one of these girls with a massive bum and I can never find jeans to accommodate that. Knickers annoy me too, 10 - 12 is too tight next size up 14 - 16 is too lose. You just can't win with retailers!

My mother in law is on a brilliant diet. She still gets to enjoy all her treats. All she does is half the size of her normal portion and top it up with fruit or salad. I'm a meat eater, in fact I love meat, but It's not at all essential to survive. As long as you're getting all your protein and iron ect, from other foods. Then there is no reason why you wouldn't be healthy.

I find it hard to believe you'd have any fat on your body at all, you say your 5"6 an weigh 97 pounds, then according to your BMI that would make you a 15.6 which is underweight 0.o please do correct me if I'm wrong.
