That's one of my favorite songs!

I've got eight! 1. A rainbow colored glow worm on the top of my right foot - a tribute to my late nephew. It was his favorite toy and he's buried with it. 2. A vine and bright flowers around my right ankle 3. A small orangle slice on the inside of my left calf 4. A shamrock on the outside of my left calf 5. A Celtic cross…

It's not easy, but it's a great feeling of accomplishment! :flowerforyou:

It's regulated because people break it down and use it in creating meth, along with a bunch of other chemicals and crap. Same with Sudafed and Claritin and many other "over the counter" meds. And I agree with your previous post, there's no magic pill. My doctor prescribed it to me so it would help jumpstart the weight…

I'm no natural runner either, Bucky, I'm over 200 lbs! Just keep at it and you can do it too! Hope things have settled down for you, AlyssasMommy! As for me, I did W6D2 today...it was tough, but I did it! When I feel like I want to quit I tell myself "You're not going to die, and isn't five more minutes of struggle worth…

I'm doing W6D2 today...Go Running Fools! We should change the thread title to that.

That's at least 3 "I did it"s over the last few days! Yay for all of us! :flowerforyou: :drinker:

I took phentermine for a few months and had no problems with it. Like everyone else mentioned I got extreeeeeeeeeeeeeeemely thirsty! I stopped taking it because I moved out of state and because it's so regulated and restricted, I couldn't transfer the rest of my prescription with me. :grumble:

Oh, duh!

They'd better not! Who's Mr. Anderson?

Me too!

I'll be at work when it's on. :ohwell:

I haven't yet. All I know is Daniel is coming back and I'm happy about that.

I know! It's annoying when people do that. Ooohhh, you posted first, you're the coolest!

My problem about not being hungry is that I run at about noon, then I'm home in time for lunch (for which I'm not hungry) then I go to work (at a restaurant no less!) I have been bringing dinner to work (I eat at about 7-8PM, when I still have an hour or two of work left.) But by like 6PM, I'm ravenous! I end up eating…

I was just going to try to correct you and say "No, it's only 5 calories a packet", then I went to double check and make sure I read the packet right...I was half correct, it's 5 calories, but there's 2 servings to a packet! I am glad I read your post and double checked! Not that another 5 calories will do anything, but…

What about Crystal Light? It's a 5 calorie packet...and I use about 36 ounces of water to mix it in. Does that not count as water intake?

I did it! I did it! I did the 20 minute run on w5d2. It took me forever to be able to do it, but I did it. I got on the treadmill and just started running...ran 13 minutes. Then I needed a potty break, but I got back on and did another 20 minutes (though I took only two 1 minute breaks but added 2 running minutes at the…

I was going to mention the poster get the iPhone all, if he/she has one. I got the app and I looooooooooooove it!

I know what you mean! As soon as you swallow that last bite, you think "Ugh, why did I do that!" and you feel gross and fat and hardly at all satisfied. It sucks, but you just get back on the wagon with the very next meal. Not tomorrow, not next week, the next meal.

I find that those days where I don't want to go to the gym, I force myself to go thinking "If I get there and really still hate it, I can leave, but I have to at least walk in there and do something." And I swear, those days usually end up being the ones I do the most! So make a promise to yourself, tell yourself like…

That's so great, congratulations! Your posts are always so happy and positive and supportive, I'm happy for you! :flowerforyou: :drinker:

I agree...I love where I work! Venting about people who act like knuckleheads doesn't mean we don't like our jobs...at least, not in my case.

I've worked in restaurants for 14 years and man I could tell stories all day! It also amazes me when people don't know what they're ordering. It's not uncommon for people to order the proscuitto pizza then get upset when "there's meat on the pizza! I thought proscuitto was cheese?!" :explode:

How'd it go Momma?

I like Kroger's, but I think their produce could be better.
