I did weight watchers and did well! One day, out of curiosity and boredom, I compared my entire day's log (I was within my caloric recommendations) and found that the total calories here pretty much matched up with my weight watchers points! I was pleasanlty surprised.

Thanks! Which do you think would be best for you?

I hate it when people say "You've lost a ton of weight." I'm sure it's just me being too sensitive, but I just think that sounds rude. It makes me think to myself "Thanks, you just insinuated that I look like I weigh 2,000 pounds!" Edited to add: That's not to say that I don't love it when people notice!

Okay, and what then about preserves and spread?

What is fw210k?

If you get some carrot slices and dip them in 1/4 reduced fat sour cream mixed with 1/4 cup salsa (Newman's Own black bean and corn salsa is the best), it makes a yummy snack and a good alternative to ranch dip!

I thought I'd have to do week 4 over again because it was so tough for me, but I told myself to at least try W5D1, and I did it! It wasn't easy, but not as tough as I had expected. I did stop here and there during the walk to try to stretch my calf. Does this happen to anyone else when running? My right calf gets sooooo…

It's not easy, that's for sure! I am a little over 200 lbs, and it's tough. I am supposed to start week 5 tomorrow, but I may have to do week 4 again. Like the old saying goes "Nothing worthwhile is easy"!

That's a cool site! But I was just wondering, on MFP it recommends my calorie intake to be at 1,430. On that site it says that 1,700 is "rock bottom, extreme fat loss". So am I way too low here on MFP? Who's right?

You can play your songs while the app is running in the background, so you can customize it yourself for running and walking if you so choose.

This morning I completed Week 4. It was tough, I may need to redo the week before starting the next one. Tonight I was bored and tried to do it outside instead of on the treadmill like I usually do. Doing it outside it sooo tough! I had to go back to week 1 and I couldn't even complete it! On another note, I found…

I do that too!!!

It was an article in the July issue of Women's health magazine. I copied it verbatim.

I haven't been doing it outside, but inside on the treadmill. I do, however, set it to random and on level 1 to sort of imitate being outside and going over small hills and such.

Here's another thread that's started, that might help you guys with info and motivation and tips. I just finished Week 3 Day 3 today. It was tough, but it feels great! Good luck! :flowerforyou: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/61035-couch-to-5k-running-plan

I finished Week 3 Day 3. It was tough in the beginning then got a tad easier at the end of the run. Week 4 should be quite a challenge! :noway:

Sounds good!

I did day 1 of week 3 yesterday...man that was tough! Tough, but I did it! :drinker:

Good enough I guess, thanks!

Saving for later!

I found the same thing. But on the other hand, I found that the elliptical machine was way off, but in the other direction! It way underestimated the amount of calories burned!

If you click on the "My Home" tab, then go to "Check In", you enter in your current weight, it will adjust accordingly.

Tonight was a bit tough, but tomorrow is another day.

I'm just the opposite, I couldn't wait to start again! After not exercising for ten days (well, I did once) I felt stiff and uncomfortable. And after eating everything in sight, I felt gross and bloated. So I know getting back on track will make me feel better mentally AND physically. And good luck to both of us, we can do…

I'm not really a fan of the dressings we have, aside from the red pepper ranch dressing, which is a huge no no.
