My SO and I did something similar last Christmas. We went for a month without eating out, to save as much as we could for Christmas. Good luck to you!

I detest ginger, parsley and cilantro. Not a big fan of yogurt either, although I will eat it. I'm a migraine sufferer and the majority of my triggers are food-related so I've learned not to like the taste of things that give me a headache. Most everything else I'll give a fair shot.

I did L1D3 yesterday and had to stop at about 17 mins in because my feet were hurting too much :( I'm going to try D4 tonight to see if it's really my shoes or if my form was off during the cardio moves. I've discovered that I have muscles in my thighs though :) *dances*

I'm drinking tons more water than before, and have started eating breakfast every day. I've also started forcing myself to put my fork down between bites, and to really savour what I'm eating, rather than just shoveling it in. Next step: More vegetables and fruit.

Hi! Can I join in please? I did L1D2 yesterday and was so tired afterward, but I managed to get through the whole DVD, almost without stopping. I had to put the weights down a couple of times and just do the moves with my hands but other than that, it went pretty well.

If I flex, I can see a muscle in my arm. I kept flexing and poking at it this weekend, and when my SO and our tenant asked what I was doing, I all but shouted "I have a muscle!" *giggles*

Ugh. I did the 30 Day Shred on Saturday and the whole time, I was glaring at my screen and cursing Jillian's name. I was sore afterward but I'm actually looking forward to doing it again tonight.

Great thread! Low fat string cheese Red Delicious apples Air-popped popcorn Dark chocolate Grapes 1% milk Plain oatmeal packets Eggs I'm a fan of foods I can pick at while sitting at my desk at work, and milk helps fill me up during a meal so I end up eating less.

I'm in Ontario, and please feel free to take this heat! I need to start working out more as well and Zumba is on my list of videos to try. I'm also doing the hundred pushup challenge.

Love this post! I've learned that a supportive group can make all the difference. :flowerforyou: I've learned that if I bite it, I write it. I need to see the list of foods I've chosen to eat in order for it to register in my brain and make. I've also learned that I have no excuse for making bad food choices - that's on me…
